NOTE: While Binglewood Civic Association is a POA as to Sections 1 through 5 and an HOA as to Section 6, residents are still subject to Deed Restrictions for each section and our Policies and Guidelines for ALL sections that are enforced by the Civic Club. PLEASE ALSO NOTE that any description in your sales materials that states that a second primary bedroom or garage apartment on the property in Binglewood could be listed for short-term rental on Airbnb, Vrbo (or similar site) is specifically NOT ALLOWED by our Deed Restrctions and our Policies and Guidelines. Our Deed Restrictions only allow for single family households. We do not allow short-term rentals. Please remove any such reference from your marketing materials and properly inform potential buyers of this restriction.
Dues for the Binglewood Civic Association for Sections 1 through 5 are VOLUNTARY. Either Seller or Buyer can approve a donation/ payment at closing of the transaction for the current year's dues of $50 or any other donation amount. A 501(c)(3) application is pending.
Membership in the Binglewood Civic Association for Section 6 is MANDATORY. $50 should be collected at closing from the Buyer and all past due amounts (if any for the past four (4) years for a total amount of up to $200) should be collected from Seller at closing.
RESALE CERTIFICATES FOR ALL SECTIONS ARE PROVIDED FOR A $75 FEE PAYABLE TO: BINGLEWOOD CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.
